In Latin America, public transportation is often unsafe and untrustworthy.
So when Uber LatAm started losing its footing in the region over safety concerns, we created a campaign that leveraged one of the app’s most popular features – the user profiles.
Because when you know each other by name, you’re no longer strangers.
